The Hotel Lion d’Or health & relaxation area is available to all guests.

A gym equipped with a home trainer (ProForm), a treadmill (ProForm) and a weight bench.

A swimming pool heated to 26°C all year round, with deck and sun loungers. You can also enable the option to swim counter-current, allowing you to extend your swimming time. The pool’s depth (1.25 to 1.45 m) makes it an ideal environment for aquagym activities.

Finally, our sauna is equipped with a sanarium (sauna and hammam combined). Our sauna is suitable for people who want to relax without the undesirable effects of the sweltering heat of a conventional sauna.

If you find the classic, traditional sauna too hot or too dry and the steam of the hammam stifling, then SANARIUM® offers an ideal solution. Its temperature of between 45 and 70°C and controlled humidity of no more than 55% create a particularly gentle, temperate climate where you can relax and feel good. Relaxing in SANARIUM® is an excellent way to recharge your batteries. The unique combination of delightful warmth followed by a stimulating shower strengthens the body’s natural defences and encourages circulation, invigorating your entire metabolism. A SANARIUM® bath also cleanses the skin and tones the tissues. You’ll leave feeling revitalised in body and mind.

For enjoyment: 45–60°C / 10–20% humidity

Gentle heat, gentle relaxation: a warm air bath with low humidity for good health and long periods of invigorating warmth. After a cold spell or when you feel like you just can’t get warm enough.

For harmony: 40–60°C / 40–55% humidity

Holistic relaxation, enhanced well-being: with the gentle steam bath you’ll enjoy a first-class experience, without excess or saturation. You’ll reap the benefits of steam and the essential oils that perfume the atmosphere. Recommended for people who prefer the humid climate of the hammam but do not enjoy high steam density.

For new sensations: 48–75°C / 20-50% humidity

High humidity and temperatures of up to 70°C make the tropical bath a truly unique experience. You’ll feel enveloped as the moisture beads against your body. Accompanied by your choice of essential oil, this climate is midway between a hammam and a sauna.
